What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. We are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order within 72 hours (based on inventory). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Local delivery may be available upon request.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What do you provide in your party packages?
Every package includes all of the supplies needed to make our 10oz glass candle. Additional needs can be discussed at consultation. Pricing coming soon.
Are there any requirements for local delivery?
Yes. (1) The customer must live within the Kansas City, MO metro & surrounding areas. (2) The delivery location must be public. No home deliveries. (3) Please input desired meeting location in the "Delivery Instructions".
